    The shipping time is an estimated time. Invalid address, customs clearance procedures, the bad weather or other reasons will lead to a longer delivery time than expected. 

    All products sold on atomstack.eu are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days. If you have not received your product after this time, we will send you a new item or issue a full refund after postal inspection.

    About Import Duty

    All shipments sent from our European warehouse are duty free.

    For customers in Switzerland, they may have to pay some customs tax even if their items are shipped from our European warehouse, as Switzerland is not part of the European Union. 

    Shipments from our warehouse in China may be subject to customs fees, depending on your country's customs policy. 

    Our product price is without customs fee. So the tax will be paid at the customers' end, and they need to clear the customs themselves. We hope you can understand. Thank you!

    Note:

    Our factory is in China, so pre-orders will initially be shipped from our Chinese warehouse. And that's why some customers from EU countries may also receive an email notifying them of customs clearance. You can choose to agree or wait until our European warehouse is available.
